Refund Policy

Effective date: September 28, 2026

We want you to be confident in your purchase of the XP Troubleshooter (Renaissance Edition) Lifetime License ($299 USD, one-time payment), developed and sold by Renato Robles and his development team. This page explains when and how you can request a refund. Refunds are handled independently of, and do not affect, the “as is” disclaimer and limitation of liability in our Terms of Service.

1. 14-Day Money-Back Guarantee

If the Service does not work for you, you may request a full refund within 14 calendar days of your purchase date, no detailed justification required. Just email us at the address below with your order/transaction ID.

2. After the 14-Day Window

Because a Lifetime License is a one-time payment for perpetual, unlimited use, we do not offer refunds after the 14-day window has passed, except where required by applicable consumer-protection law.

3. How Refunds Are Processed

Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method through the same gateway you paid with (Stripe or PayPal) — we do not process refunds by any other method. Refunds typically appear within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank or card issuer. Once a refund is issued, your license key is deactivated and may no longer be used to activate the desktop application.

4. Exceptions

We may decline a refund request if we determine, in good faith, that the license was obtained fraudulently, that the account violated our Terms of Service, or that a prior refund was already issued for the same purchase.

5. How to Request a Refund

Email support@xptroubleshooter.com with the email address you purchased under and your order/transaction ID (visible on your account page). We aim to respond within 2 business days.
